Problem with daily Game booster and spent two times money for one offer

Hello i have one problem , one day ago I bought a daily Game booster and when I made a payment the first time I got an error and it didn't add me either fp points or gems I bought it a second time and of course with the first purchase it took 25 PLN from my account and it didn't give me any games or fp and the second time it was the same, I ask for a refund or some compensation in the form of fp and gems greetings. At the top I attached a photo with proof that I spent PLN 25 on offers in the game 2 times and I received funds from only one.
