To check do you have anything like a VPN running on your device?

If not can we try switching from Cell Data to Wifi (or vice versa) and check if this continues? If it does, try going through the additional steps mentioned in our troubleshooting articles:

is the purchasing in the game available in iraq? maybe this is the issue .. cuz in google play store the game isn't available
