To the FC Mobile Development Team,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the current Team of the Year (TOTY) 26 event. As a dedicated player, I look forward to this event all year, but the current reward system has made the game unenjoyable and discouraging.

Specifically, I am facing two major issues:
Repetitive & Low-Value Rewards: Every time I enter a draw or open a pack, I am receiving the lowest-rated players possible. Worse, I am repeatedly getting players I already own. There is no sense of progression, and it feels like the "Draft System" is heavily weighted against the player.

Competitive Imbalance: In Head-to-Head matches, I am constantly matched against opponents who have significantly better TOTY players. It feels impossible to compete when the reward system refuses to give me the tools to keep up, leading to a very "Pay-to-Win" experience.

This cycle of getting "trash" players is making me angry every time I open the app. I want to enjoy the game, but the lack of fair player distribution is pushing me to stop playing entirely.

I hope you will consider adjusting the pull rates or bringing back a "Shard" or "Path" system that rewards actual time spent in the game with guaranteed high-OVR players.
