Hey EA,

it’s been a few months that my account has had insanely bad luck. I literally haven’t pulled any good cards or players at all. The only 115 I got was Raúl, which is honestly one of the worst 115s you can get.

If possible, please fix the pack luck on my account. Since the start of the new event, I spent around 50k gems plus several Division and League packs, and the best card I pulled was only a 112.

Please fix my pack luck 🙏
