I exchanged my 112 rivaldo ballon d’or card because it shows a picture and name of another played that i initially want to exchange (mac allister). now that my rivaldo card is gone because of this bug, how will i be compensated?

I attached a picture of another fc mobile player facing the same issue, his rivaldo card shows as doue.
