Re: OVR 120 Blanc signed but it became a ovr 91 Blanc!

Good day! My problem is that I saw Blanc’s card available for shards. First, I checked the FC Mobile social media posts, and since there was nothing written about this being a mistake, I purchased 10k FC Points so I could get enough shards. I opened the tickets and exchanged players for shards in order to finally buy the 120 OVR Blanc card.

After that, I ranked it up to 125 for rank-up points, trained it, and then the game crashed. When I logged back in, my 125-rated card had turned into a 93-rated card.

I expect an explanation as to why I was effectively scammed out of nearly 80 USD. Where did my card go? I would like to discuss a possible restoration or compensation, because this clearly falls under the concept of online fraud. You advertised a card for purchase, I bought it, and then you unilaterally reversed the purchase and replaced it with a worthless card instead.
