The event was supposed to run until 10:00 KST, and at 9:58 I tried to redeem my TOTS event points, but I couldn’t log into the game. It seems like the game went into an update due to an event change. As a result, I basically lost 1,000 event points. Honestly, this kind of operation is ridiculous.
I had the same issue. We still had 2 mins left. I was just going to purchase a striker with my TOTS shards. As soon as I picked on it I got knocked out.
But why? Two minutes before? What's the reason 🤯? I ended all chapters like two or three days ago. There was nothing to collect. I reach my maximum number of shard so I picked my reward. Simple as that.
Keep in mind that not everyone is in the same situation. In my case, I was a returning player who came back in the middle of the event, so to get the player I was aiming for, I had to buy TOTS players from the market using coins and exchange them for shards. Unlike you, I didn’t have a surplus of shards, so I had to keep collecting them even if it meant spending coins. That’s why I kept trying until the very end of the event, and if it didn’t work out, I was planning to just buy a different player. Even though the chapter in the event has ended, my situation is different from yours.
Yeah right... I'm imagining you grinding night and day for the extra shards. The events were made to be able to finish them 2 or 3 days before. Even if you started the event in the middle of it you still had plenty of time. Anyway the TOTS event is available for seven more days. I don't have a problem with you guys having other things to do and not being able to do all the daily games but I have a problem with you guys coming here and complaining like it's somebody else's fault. We all knew when the event was supposed to finish. If I know I am not gonna be able to do more shards I will just collect my reward and that's it.
It seems my message might have been hard to understand. What do you mean by saying I couldn't get any more shards? You can still get shards even after the chapter ends — by buying TOTS players with coins and exchanging them for shards.
That’s why I kept collecting them right up to the end, but the servers shut down before I could finish. Do you understand now..?
So you want this event to be for ever? Until you get all the players?
