Re: Why is the crossing and heading so OVERPOWERED
@559fe85ea9a0d6f3 I rarely have goals scored on me by someone cross spamming. I would suggest investing in CB’s that have high stats in marking, jumping and heading. Rank up and train your cards as high as you can. Ranking and training your players are incredibly important this season. Also I use Aké as my LB, most of the spam crossers I face try and cross from this side, he has a high def work rate and medium attack rate. So he is more times then not back in a defensive position. This doesn’t allow my opponent to just get a head start sprinting down the sideline.
Also I’ve found that usually they use the same tactics so if you shut down their ability to run down the sideline, they then don’t know what to do because this is the only way they know how to score. They then get flustered and start making more mistakes.
Try figuring out when you should be controlling just your LB and when to control your CB and call for a second defender (your LB).
I know it seems like the cross spamming is OP but once you figure out how to defend it, it’s actually incredibly easy to defend.
