Receiving a ban without any stated reason and getting no response whatsoever

My account has been banned. It has been 19 days, and I am no longer receiving any response to my appeals or other inquiries. If I had actually cheated or done something similar, I wouldn’t be putting this much effort into trying to recover my account. It is truly disheartening to be subjected to such an unjust action and to receive absolutely no communication in return. I know that an EA representative will likely respond here by saying something to the effect that they cannot assist with account suspensions or similar matters. I wouldn’t have expected this from EA.

    Hey Said526​,

    Unfortunately they can only look into a case so often. If after so many reviews they've decided to uphold the ban, then there must have been something that flagged the system that they can see. I am going to say that we can't help with bans here because we simply can't look into accounts or see what could have triggered this. It seems like the ban is likely going to stay.
