My original account was deleted, but when I log in using the same Gmail, instead of recovering my old account, it starts a completely new one. I want to recover my original account and all my previous data. Please help me restore it.

What happened to my account?
My account was linked to my Gmail. I went to "Manage Account" and switched to a secondary account, which was my Play Games account. When I wanted to switch back to my Gmail account, I got stuck on the Play Games account. Because of this, I accidentally deleted my FC Mobile account linked to my Gmail.
Now, please help me if possible. I would be very grateful
