Rewards not received
I purchased the Ramadan star pass yesterday but it told that purchase was cancelled but money got deducted and again today I purchased a fc points pack and again the same thing happened , please help...

Have you checked the purchase status in your store purchase history to see whether it has already been completed? The transaction may be still processing.
Please also try clearing the cache data and restarting your device, just in case that helps everything sync properly again. If you still need to verify your purchase, please use the in-game Customer Service tab for further assistance.
