See you never
After almost a decade of being faithful to this game, I've decided to quit. The game will never improve and it is more than apparent to me now. I'm tired of being disappointed with every freaking update.
This is honestly the first time i quit a game, not because of a lost of interest on my part, rather because of the very makers of the game twisting it to fill their pockets. EA can try to persuade us to continue playing (e.g. Giving most players 116-117 OVR players in the TOTY event), but the main issue with this game will always persist, and that is the lack of gameplay improvements. Events are pointless if the underlying mechanics are screwed up, which EA has time and time again, naturally do.
I'm tired of having to repeat the same complaint every time eventhough it's true, so i'm not even going to try in this post. The lack of communication between the player base to EA feels like you're shouting a wall and will be an issue I'm happy to not have anymore. My fellow players, take a good hard look at the game, and ask yourself, "Is it really fun?", "Am I having fun?", "Will it improve in the future?", "Is it worth it?", and so on. I asked myself these questions, and after much taught my answer is a BIG. FAT. NO. Suffer if you like, but I'm outta here.
Signing off relieved and free,
A player no more
TLDR: Congrats EA, you've made a game so bad that I'm literally forced to quit for the sake of my mental health.
