Serie A Chapter; No Shards!

I had a bit of a late start to the chapter, simply because I didn't realize how the "finding the ball" mechanic works -- I was distracted on day 1 and spent tokens uncovering tiles I didn't need to. Anyways, 2 days ago I claimed 107 (Purple Ranked) Dybala and yesterday I was supposed to have received the 100 shards, but I didn't... Instead, I got the 1M coins and the Shards rewards tile showed as unchecked but the 1M as checked. Today upon finding the ball I got 1M coins again. I know for a fact I didn't open a pack containing 100 shards. So, what gives? The Shards Rewards tile now shows as having been checked, but I never got a pack with 100 Shards!

If anyone else has experienced this, please do let me know on here so I can see if we can be properly compensated. In the meantime, I'll see if there's a way for me to confirm I didn't receive them and just didn't notice.
