TOTY old point exchanges

Does anyone know if National Valour points will be exchangeable in TOTY event? I read that the Winter Wildcard points will be, I haven’t spent any of my Valour points yet and am wondering if I should...

    @Konterman WW points will be. Same ratio as we have now for them. 5 WW for 1 TOTY.
    National Valour won't be exchangeable.
