TOTY Shards.
I still had 680 shards left in TOTY. What happens to them? Surely the game doesn't just wipe them?

Tried reaching out to in game advisor as well but no reply so far. They must be transferable to either Carnival or Neon surely.
No way I'm accepting losing that amount of shards.
Shards don't transfer. Only some points transfer to next event. This time Hero points
shards that are used for players never transfer - only the base event currencies like the hero points
If that's the case. The game won't see any more money from me. Took a bit of time and money to build those shards. Not right they are just taken away if you can't log in.
all event currency expires at the end of every event - and the end of each event is well publicised - but yeah, entirely up to you if the game is not for you
