Transaction went through but didn't get the pack

Today I purchased a 99 rupees pack for the first time. I used Gpay for it .The transaction went through , money has been deducted from my account,but the game was stuck on loading and then it said purchase failed. Its been like 7 hours I've tried restarting it multiple times .How do I report it???Here is a screenshot of GPay transaction. Please help me.
