Even I think it's deliberate mate.. they just want the market value of these cards to crash. 2 update cycles(Thu) are complete now and no sign of ovr upgrade but Thunderstruck event players get OVR upgrade as soon as the conditions are fulfilled. Cmon EA I would expect you to be responsible for any losses incurred due to your inaction. You had promised as soon as the league ends on the cards.. that's breach of trust
