Hello @EA_Illium - In the EURO ADVENTURE chapter, there is an option to claim adventure points within 3 hours of the kick off of actual match in Euros.This is completely unfair to the Australian.New Zealand gamers, as most of the kick off's happen in the mid night for us. Eg; 1:00 AM.Please make these points available to all gamers.We already have a unfair disadvantage of reduced pack luck in this region. I know AUS/NZ have very less gamers compare to Asia, but fair rules is all what we ask for.

You then wrote your opinion, which was not my aim.🤷🏻♂️Again, it's not about the logo or the players (their stats/characteristics are all worse anyway, even though they have a higher OVR) that we can get.Here is an example:It's about the incorrect or dishonest communication with customers who play this game.This game is played by many younger players than you and I, who fall for these eternal ‘marketing traps’ on the part of EA and lose time, money and nerves unnecessarily and then don't get what EA promises in the event.Thank you for the wishes🙏🏼I myself am not upset about the logo or anything else. Unfortunately I've been playing this rip-off game for far too long to get upset😂But I think it's important to raise awareness in this forum and to warn and protect other members, because EA doesn't do it themselves😇🤷🏻♂️

@parsenal1 Mate - you were doing so well with your argument until you threw yourself under the bus with the pack-luck myth - the packs are the same worldwide, there is no difference in probabilities across regions because there are no regions in game anymore.The Euro points only being available in the middle of the night for many many users is a real issue - it’s stands alone, you don’t need to try and strengthen that argument, especially with a point that the dev team know has no basis in fact 🤷♀️

I noticed the first reward has unlocked in 'choose a reward' in 'euro adventure' but not the second. Is this correct? What is the unlock criteria for the first reward?
