unable to access fc mobile webstore
I am from India, where the webstore is available, but whenever I try to login the webstore, it does not let me and says it is not available in my country. How to fix it?

Ok - so maybe contact customer service via the in game settings menu or via the ea help website and explain to them that your web store is unavailable despite all the info you have mentioned on here.
dont mention the word “bug” - if you do they will just send you back here, which wont help you at all - “account login issues”, “web store access issues”, things like that, lots of background info, that you have talked to us in the forums etc.
No. I tried to login normally. Like I login to redeem codes. But whenever I am logging in with the credentials, the page refreshes and says that the webstore is not available in my country. I checked everything, the location, and even in my official ea account the location is India.
Are you logging in using a vpn?
