Sometimes depending on the payment provider the transaction might take a while to be completed. As I can see you posted this a couple of days ago and you should have received the content by now. If you still haven't received it, please contact EA Help Support and provide them with a Proof of Purchase. They should be able to investigate this further and assist you with the missing content.
