one question is in my mind … managers and admins of EA forum please answer me … do all our feedbacks and complains take review by EA ?? … do all of the posts on forums take attention by EA ?? or only popular and frequent problems?? summarize?? … as i see most of feedback posts don’t take any respond by people and managers  and they just going disappear between 2 thousand posts … when i send feedbacks and they don’t take any like and comment then i feel i am doing useless job … do you EA forum managers only report the posts with significant comments & views ??

YznRhm11​ The Community team passes feedback on to the developers, on bugs, how events have been perceived, gameplay ... they won't always comment on every post, but feedback (particularly constructive feedback that describes the issue and provides background, examples) is absolutely passed on and is valued by the development team in fine tuning the game

I cant reply or like 90% of the post I see on the forums. I don't know if it's a EA problem like the same issues in Madden or what? I feel the same way I think I've got maybe one reply on the discussions I've started on this forum. People should help each other out. 

I think it’s clear that one of the things that’s missing mendozzamagic​ is for EA to close the loop by communicating back to the community summarizing what they’ve heard and a little bit about what they intend to do. You and dzrtr​ seem to have privileged access to what the devs are hearing and sometimes doing, but everyone else in the community remains largely in the dark. We come in here and post (usually because we’re frustrated with something) and we are routinely met with complete silence. This only breeds more frustration. So if EA is truly “listening” then I think it would help a LOT if there were more outward signs. This means (1) some regular summary of what they’re “hearing”; and (2) tangible steps to address the greatest points of pain in the community. Right now NEITHER of those things is happening and it’s a big reason why so many people are righteously ticked off. I mean, the very fact that you,mendozzamagic​, are replying (and not EA) is a prime example of the issue. I’m not saying your contributions aren’t welcome (they are 100% appreciated), but they aren’t a substitute for EA doing its own regular communication.

When MM was released long before I became a mod, it was said it's a test, and it never really got upgraded from that point onwards. I never bothered with it outside of claiming freebies because frankly it seemed meh from a get go.

With other things, we get to see what some of the feedback is passed on, but not what is done with it after,  so we're pretty much in the dark as much as the rest are. I've said to EA CM folk many times about a proper feedback loop necessity to improve the game, however what happens remains to be seen.
