Was the gameplay update removed?

The gameplay in h2h feels like pre-update. Stun is a lot more frequent, passing has some power but still terrible, defenders can't catch up at all, skill moves...nah they're always overpowered.

Is it just me or was the update removed or something? It's not like the gameplay with or without the update was even good but I'm curious to know if people feel the same.
