Wasting time, what is the punishment for it?

Songkrant event h2h one of the **bleep**tiest event games where the game is totally scripted and opponent scores a lucky goal then keeps passing in his own half for rest of the game. 

What is the punishment for such action? If people can do that every game then I'm going to abuse it in division rivals games.
