Web Store Keeps Redirecting to UK Instead of Turkey Unable to Make Purchases
Every time I try to make a purchase, the web store automatically redirects me to the United Kingdom store, even though I am physically located in Turkey and my account region is set to Turkey.
This issue has been ongoing for weeks.
I have contacted EA Support dozens of times, followed all troubleshooting steps, verified my EA account region, checked my App Store region, confirmed that I am not using a VPN, and even contacted Coda Payments. Nothing has fixed the problem.
Because of this error, I am completely unable to make purchases and have already missed multiple time-limited events and rewards. This is extremely frustrating.
This is clearly an account-region system issue, not a device issue.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is there an actual solution from EA for fixing incorrect web store region redirects?
At this point, basic support responses have not helped at all.
