When selling players, it says "The number of orders has reached the limit."

For some reason, no matter who the player is or how much orders they have, it always says "The number of orders has reached the limit. Please check the number of sales." For example, I try to sell a 96 centurions Rio Ferdinand, obviously on the market. However, it still says the same thing. How and why do I fix this? It's been bugging me for a while now.
