Why do my players get a red exclamation mark (!) Above their head? PLS HELP

While playing head to head when my players are being pressured a red exclamation mark pops up above their head and they kick the ball out of play, or to the other team. Or if my GK has the ball he'll...

@Sanyosa Is that how I play football? Because you'd know all seeing eye. Play me and we'll see. You with some sad 98 rated fifa point team lol, never played real football in your life you sad sack.
