Why do my players get a red exclamation mark (!) Above their head? PLS HELP

While playing head to head when my players are being pressured a red exclamation mark pops up above their head and they kick the ball out of play, or to the other team. Or if my GK has the ball he'll...

@559fe85ea9a0d6f3 you’re not gonna like the answer.

The red exclamation ❗️ mark appears if you are deemed to have held on to the ball for too long (like back passing and general time wasting). If it happens too much longer your players will pass or kick the ball away.
This was introduced in s4 to curtail backpassing. At the time, folks who scored an early goal, would just park the bus.
