Why do my players get a red exclamation mark (!) Above their head? PLS HELP

@559fe85ea9a0d6f3 You should check the score of the City game. And I adore you youngsters that think they know something about life or football.
All I see is you whining that someone is scoring goals against you and you can't win matches and defend crossing. But you bravely say you score a goal and pass between defence to try not to lose.
Maybe its just karma 😉
