Both options have pros and cons but they need to be announced on time. Transfer from Fifa to FC brought no reset and legacy players have planned their path according to that and stockpiling coins and resources. New players benefit from the reset because they lack those resources. Eventhough the current event format gets you to atleast 109 within one event.
