Most of them have the blue line while some have the red lines, only few have both red and blue lines. What does the line color means?

Blue = Someone is selling
Red = Someone is buying
Okay thanks
Does that means have to wait till my players have the red lines before selling them?

Yes. When you put a player up for sale, the red prices are what someone's willing to pay.

Look at the number up for sale (blue) at the lower end of the price range.
If it’s 999+ it’s unlikely to sell as that means there are lots on sale.
Either wait or exchange it for coins.

There is no market for mid end cards (98-100), the price moves everyday, probably EA makes the price move, there is no buyer at all.
For cards between 86 and 97, EA offers cash exchange, most cards are trading just around the cash value, Don't try to sell them because of the 10% commission you will get nothing more than the cash exchange value.
However the 103 cards are easy to sell or buy, and low end markets are strange these days, a lot of 79OVR cards are selling between 100K to 500K range.
