The season resets have been discontinued for the foreseeable future.

You can expect another +3 ovr upgrade in the Anniversary event. There might be another event between the anniversary and TWG with max 120 ovr. However, EA will try to bring ovr upgrades as soon as possible.

Figures that they don’t want to rob the whales of their spoils, but kinda sucks for those of us with small wallets. We just keep falling farther and farther behind. Kills whatever small incentive still exists to grind when you have zero hope of remaining competitive in FC Champions. In the last 6-8 months I’ve gone from reaching +30 to +50 across the DR modes to barely cracking +10. Super demoralizing. Feels like EA is spitting on the F2P community. I’d have already quit if I hadn’t invested so much in my squad, but am definitely eyeing the exit. At least with a reset the gap between the haves and have nots closes momentarily. Suspending the reset merely confirms that this game is being run primarily (if not entirely) to keep the whales happy and to keep their payments flowing. All the rest of us are just NPCs as far as EA is concerned.

You don't have even an official info, the max ovr of players cards is 120, so how TH ea add another season without team reset, base cards and fresh start

They are a business, after all. People go into business for one reason: to make money.
You can't expect anything less from EA. Is it fair for all players? Certainly not. But, that's the way businesses work.

Look at Nexon and Tencent versions of FCM. 140+ OVR.

I personally support season reset every couple of years.. a 100ovr being a top player makes sense to me.. a 140ovr not so much. So at some point we are going to reach 200ovr then what will be the performance expected from a 100ovr?
At some point people r going to get bored of upgrading.. a refresh offers a fresh perspective and helps people to re-engage.

Pros and cons for both, however.
Given that the market is currently dead and getting any good cards is extremely hard for the common folk due to the resource starvation and exorbitant cost of the cards, both shardwise and coin wise. I'm against any sort of resets at this point in time.
If events, rewards improve where grind gets you further, and card cost, both coin/shard are more reasonable following the shard value increase (e.g 5k for 119 to release vs ~20-30k to sign levels up to something like 10-20k value for 119), then seasonal or every few seasons resets could work, until then, it'll be a bad idea especially for F2P.
Bottom line is that seasonal resets at the current setting will only increase the gap between F2P and P2W even more as p2w will just buy the new fancy cards/resource whereas F2P will be starting from 0 and scrambling for good cards.

there will be no season reset since the days somethings nonsense call signature players are released, people have to pay more to get those players (kind of FOMO), ea is not dull for making a season reset, as they will lose major of users who pay for them :)
