Winter sale box 2023
Winter sale box description is eace reward can only be claimed once yesterday i opened 6/8 and today open the rest of it but duplicate reward WTF😞

I just opened the "Winter Sale Box" 8 times and if Im not mistaken i should have guaranteed 92-95 player, but I did not got him.
I got 2 pack 65-74 rating player, which is not same as the description
doesnt have any respon from Ea
- @alanglegend66 I have raised it with the team - they are mostly on holiday so we the Christmas/new year period - will follow up again during the week
I received the same problem recently on Dec 28th as well, and I contacted customer support through the mobile app. They told me to report it here and wait for a reply.
Have the dame problem got two of the 2x Dudeks instead of the 92-95 ovr player talked with customer support told me to upvote this thread so it will be recognized by EA and that compensation will follow.✊

I've got the same problem,i claimed (75-95 player x5) two times
