Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a login issue with FC Mobile on my Poco X6 Pro (HyperOS 1). The game installs and starts normally, and it downloads the required data up to 100%, but then I receive the following error:

"LOGIN FAILED – We've failed to log in. Please try again. 0x00000001"

Steps I have tried to fix the issue:

✅ Restarted the phone
✅ Cleared cache & data of the game
✅ Reinstalled the game from Google Play
✅ Tried different internet connections (Wi-Fi & Mobile Data)
✅ Disabled & enabled VPN
✅ Used a different EA account
✅ Reset network settings

Despite these attempts, the issue persists. The game worked fine on my previous phone (Redmi 12 with HyperOS 1), but it does not work on Poco X6 Pro.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? Is Poco X6 Pro officially supported?
