Account Progress not Accurate when Signing Into App

Hello,

I ended up having to uninstall/reinstall my FC Mobile game that was at OVR 111 and almost Level 50. The account was linked to my EA Account, and upon signing back into my game, the game save it offered was OVR 94, Level 19. Definitely not ideal, wondering if there’s anything EA can do, or any way to restore my progress?
