All my previous FIFA mobile content are gone and what I bought was not there

All the items I brought in the FIFA mobile was gone and I didn't get any of the items in the FC mobile . Please help me to get it back

I was on OVR 131 and I had my Google Play account linked. After the updates I had to begin from start. I had to do the tutorials. All game data gone

@NATAANSHKAYASTH Hi - it was a full reset - it happens at the end of pretty much every season.

There was a load of warning and information about what would and would not carry over.
