All the items I brought in the FIFA mobile was gone and I didn't get any of the items in the FC mobile . Please help me to get it back

The same thing happened to me. i can not get my account back so EA I request you to please recover my account
Who else have deleted this game forever as we don't like to be a new born on every September end. Such a shame. I quit happily.
