Thanks for sharing your experience with FC Mobile, Depending on your device can we try going through our troubleshooting guide?

  • Player ID:
  • Device (make/model):
  • Are you playing on Cell Data or Wifi?
  • Have you tried another device?
  • Do you get any error messages?

I'm sorry, the troubleshoot didn't help anything.

Player ID: 695673536632623104

Device (make/model): Google Pixel 8 Pro

Are you playing on Cell Data or Wifi? Both

Have you tried another device? No problems on the Google Pixel 6 Pro with the same Android 14.

Do you get any error messages? No error message as you can see in the screen recording. 

I hope you can help. 

Could it be that the app is not yet compatible (enough?) with the Google Pixel 8 Pro device?
