[Asking for Information] Unclaimed Items - Error 10002

Hello. How can i fix this?  I can not do anything. I have no problems with the Internet, I tried it on different devices, the same error pops up.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I AM UNABLE TO CLAM A UNCLAIMED REWARD
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 25 November 4pm
