There is no ban in ban's history of my account,and i steel couldn't play!

I also have been banned for no Particular reason and it hasn’t shown be any amount of time and I’m very confused I haven’t been in my account since 2 days ago and I’ve done so much for this account and I’m just banned for no reason without time?

I did that but than I got banned again and I literally just claimed my daily rewards and I emailed the support and nothing happened
