Bought pack in ea fc mobile, transaction went through but got nothing

i bought the first pack youre able to buy in the scorching streak thing on EA FC MOBILE but i never got the pack. 

I had bought the pack then the game crashed so i restarted it and never got a pack or the player from the pack. The transaction went through, i was charged but i never got the pack.

Please help me!
