Bug with ads

Hello EA Support,

I’ve been playing FC Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 (Android 13), and for a long time, I have not been able to watch any ads in the game. The message always says: “No ads available. Please try again later.” I also noticed that this issue happens with other games like Subway Surfers as well.

My Google account region is Uzbekistan.

Could you please check if ad services are available in my region, or if there is a problem with my account or device?
