Can’t get my FC Mobile Gem Offers

Question

I did a Survey Junkie offer, received my 500 points, redeemed them, and didn’t get my offer. It took me 2 hours to get those 500 points and I’m upset. I contacted customer support a couple hours ago and they haven’t responded yet. My user ID is&nbsp;535960146057498625, date of completing offer is March 9th, 2024 at aprox. 7:40am

@KrispyKremes04  Third part offers need to be taken up with the third party - it is noted in the gem offers screen before you click through.
