Can't access the ea sports fc mobile

Hii it's Pratap here I was playing fc mobile from last 1 year and stop playing it for 5-6 months but in my mobile I downloaded fc mobile and tried to open it, it was showing sorry login failed 0×00000001 error and I have searched this problem for solving and tried to uninstall and restart my phone then also all the time I get this same message I am now really irritated wasting time on it. Please solve my problem
