Competitive points

I have a problem at receiving the competitive points every time I reach a new level at division rivals since I first played the game.

Anyone has a solution?

    @8azgn718ag5s The promotion rewards can only be claimed once per division. If you were in that division earlier and got demoted you don't get the reward when you get back up again.

    I know that

    My problem is that I didn't receive the rewards at the first promotion in each level

    @8azgn718ag5s Unlikely - but contact customer service by the in game settings menu, tell them you have content not received and they can check for you
