- @wbaq7gmva75s Only customer service can assist with purchases not received - contact them through the in game app settings - if you co tune to have no luck then send me some screen shots of the conversation via dm and I will send for follow up.
Make sure you mention only that you have purchased not received - as soon as you say the word bug they must send you here, but it is an account problem, not a bug - @Sanyosa i did many times but not response

but still not recieved refund or that items,
its taken already 10 days,
