Daily session reward missing FC mobile

I open session every day on FC mobile but rewards are stuck on 7 days. That's keeping me from earning Pelé as a reward. What can be done?

@EA_Pulsar it's a login reward so there's no assigned difficulty level, all we are doing is opening the app.
