Delay Only on Main Account (Other Accounts Work Fine)

Hi EA,

I’m having an issue with input delay and lag in FC Mobile, but only on my main account. When I log into a different account on the same iPhone 16, the game plays smoothly without any delay.

I’ve already tried:

• Reinstalling the app
• Lowering graphic settings
• Using different internet connections (Wi-Fi and 5G)
• Closing all background apps

None of these worked. It seems like something related specifically to my main account is causing the delay.

Device: iPhone 16

Platform: iOS

Game Version: Latest version (fully updated)

Main Account UID: 582542542617788416

Can someone help me check this issue or escalate it? I’d really appreciate your support.
