This isn't something we can help with on the forum. Can you remember ever linking your account to either Google Play or Facebook? If they are linked up, the game progress should be backed up, and you can restore lost progress by signing back into Google Play or Facebook.
Failing that, our support team may be able to help if you have your old User ID. I'd suggest reaching out to them directly. They'll take a look at this for you from there.
