Didnt get any compensation after not being able to play the game from 22 days

Hello ea, I had not been able to login and play ea fc mobile from 22 days and all u guys said to me was ur investigating the bug nd trying to solve it. And it only got solved in 5th jan. You can follow up with my case id Case #163925734 and Case #165582096 in ea help site. The support advisors had promised me and said ea will grant me compensation for all the inconvenience caused. Bt i didnt get any compensation or rewards after not been able to play the game from 22 days. Also there are thousands of players who has faced the same issue nd didnt get any compensation. Meanwhile i have lost all the new event contents, investments, quests, progression nd exchanges deadlines from 22 days. Pls help me. It was the issue from EA end, so why do i have to suffer ?
