You should probably provide some screenshots mate along with date and time when this happened. Note that the entire Division Rivals ranks have been reset last Thursday after a major revamp to DR rewards and play criteria. So if its during that time its expected. Everyone starts at Amateur in all 3 sections and need to progress now. If it is after that, then yeah you could contact in game help OR post some evidence here. (dont share username, most probably someone from EA will ask you to IM if thats a genuine issue)
